Hi Clifford, loved reading your article and just ordered Zero Limits to listen to. Been interesred and involved in my own healing in the mind body spirit space for a few years. I heard of this prayer many years ago and started practsing it in different situations. Yesterday I watched a youtube on a lady explaining the sacred prayer in detail which totally gave me a new appreciation for it, esp fact we not saying sorry to the person or thing that alerted us to blockage in ourselves but superconscious or divine energy or unifield field of energy that interconnects us all. I shared this prayer a few years ago, without fully understanding it with a dear friend who was a second mother to me, when she in final weeks of her life, whose 2 sons had estranged themselves from her decades before. 8n the final month before she died both sons reconciled and came to see her, staying up all night talking, with great emotional healing and forgiveness taking place. I had never seen her heart so at peace and happy. I had no idea re the psychiatrist who used this to heal patients. I cannot wait to listen to this book now and understand it more. So powerful.
